Artist Statement
My artistic journey is a pilgrimage through the hidden landscapes of the soul, guided by the whispers of ancient wisdom and the language of sacred geometry. From a young age, I have been captivated by the mythical realms of Shambhala and Agartha, drawn to their promise of peace, enlightenment, and the harmonious union of the spiritual and the material worlds.
Inspired by visionaries such as the Roerichs, Alex Grey, and Joseph Campbell, I seek to translate the unseen into the tangible, bridging the gap between the earthly and the ethereal. Through the transformative power of vortex geometry, I weave intricate patterns and vibrant colors onto the canvas, creating portals into the hidden dimensions of consciousness.
My paintings, "Voice of Shambhala," "Voice of Agartha," and "First World," form a triptych that charts a progression of understanding, mirroring the three watches of the night. "Agartha" evokes the first watch, exploring the earthly realm and its hidden depths. "Shambhala" embodies the second watch, a journey into the radiant heart of inner wisdom and interconnectedness. Finally, "First World" heralds the third watch, the dawning of enlightenment and the integration of all realms.
Each painting speaks of the profound connection between the individual and the cosmos, the delicate balance between light and shadow, and the eternal quest for self-discovery. Each brushstroke echoes the inner wisdom that guides us all, a reminder of the potential for human enlightenment that lies dormant within.
I invite you to step into these painted realms, listen to the whispers of your own inner wisdom, and discover the boundless potential that lies within.
